CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.

RETURNS

All our hamper items are carefully secured in sturdy packaging, and we take pride in ensuring your gift arrives in pristine condition. If an item arrives damaged, please email hello@avenuehampers.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage.

If the problem with the item is our fault, or that of our courier, will do everything we can to rectify the problem, such as sending a replacement at our cost, or offering a refund.

If we deem the product to be damaged, faulty or the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return courier. If the hamper is returned for any other reason, such as an incorrectly provided address or if there is insufficient evidence suggesting Avenue Hampers are not at fault, there will be a $14.95 re-delivery fee.

All refunds for orders will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Cancellation or alteration of your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise the item originally ordered will be sent and no refund offered.

OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.

 

Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipent and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!
If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipent, a re-delivery fee ($14.95) may be charged.
NOTE: It’s always a good idea to choose a work address for the recipient. For further information refer to our Terms and Conditions or call one of our friendly team members on 1300 32 32 47

If your gift hamper is retunred to us as it was unable to be delivered, we will contact you and a re- delivery fee may be charged. We promise we will do all we can to deliver on the first attempt to avoid this.

If the hamper is sent with Australia post (all hampers going out with 25km of Perth CBD) and retunred  to sender we are charged a return to sender fee which we will pass on to you and also charge a re delivery fee $14.95 

If the hamper is left in a safe place and the hamper goes missing this is not Avenue Hampers Fault we will not issue a refund. Please contact us and we can discuss. 

Delivery Information

When will my gift arrive?

If your delivery postcode qualified for our hand delivery service: We’ll notify you via email once your gift has been picked up (on the date you’ve selected) and again when it has been delivered.

If your delivery postcode qualified for national delivery. We are unable to set a delivery date, however we will do our best to get your order to its final destination as quickly as possible. All gifts are sent via with star track and take 1-3 days.

What if I make a mistake?

No worries! Just reply to this confirmation email with the changes you need to make, and a member of our team will get in touch with you ASAP! As long as you contact us before the gift leaves our warehouse, we WILL be able to get it fixed up for you. Be quick though, because our team works at lightning speed to get things out the door ASAP! If your hampers has left us with the wrong delivery address we will do our best to fix this for you right away, please note if it has been sent with star track the hamper will need to be retunred to us and re delivered. There will be a cost for the hamper to be delivered to us and for the hamper to be redelivered to correct address. Please check your order confirmation to ensure we have the correct information.

What if the recipient is not home when the hamper arrives?

If you have provided the recipients phone number we will try to contact them ask there where we can leave the hamper. If they don't answer we will do our best to find a safe place and send you a photo. If no safe place to leave or we cant access the building, we will leave a card for the hamper to be collected from us or arrange a redelivery which is $14.95. Once the hamper has been left at the door it is not our responsibility. If it a very hot day in Perth ice packs will be added to our Perth hamper deliveries.

Order Monday to Friday BEFORE 12.30PM for same day delivery within 30km of Perth CBD for same day delivery. Same day delivery fee $14.95 ORDER BEFORE 2PM WST for next day delivery to Metro Locations Australia wide.

Yes you can! You will be given this option at check out if your delivery address is within our hand delivery service 30km of Perth CBD. This serivice is $14.95

Yes we deliver Austraila wide. Orders sent outside WA are sent via EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO METRO Location - MONDAY TO FRIDAY and take approximately 1-3 days depending on location. Shipping fee is $19.95

Yes you will be sent this to your email address and it will be sent to your mobile number provided at check out.
