I've placed an order and need to make changes. Is it possible?
Our warehouse team pack your orders at lightening speed to ensure they are dispatched as soon as possible. If you have placed an order and made a mistake, please contact us within 1 hour to make changes. Our office is open from 9am-4pm so if you don't hear back form us outside of those hours, we will respond as soon as we can to confirm the changes have been made.
Can I include a personalised note?
Absolutely, this is the part we love! All gifts can be personalised by either adding a gift card at the checkout or just leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout. All notes will be lovingly handwritten by us, to give your gift that added personal touch.
When and how will my gift box be delivered?
Once your order is received, it is packed in lightening speed by our warehouse team. If your order is placed before 2pm AWST it will be dispatched the same day via courier or our hand delivery service depending on the service you select at the checkout. All shipping options will be displayed at the checkout once your shipping address has been added.
Tell me more about overnight shipping?
For your peace of mind, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel when you place your order. Overnight orders are delivered on the next working day, to major capital cities. Anything regional will take 1-2 days. Please note: the delivery timeframes outside of Perth metro exclude public holidays, weekends and any courier delays.
How do same day deliveries work?
A Same Day Delivery option is available for delivery addresses within 30km of Perth CBD. Orders must be placed by 12.30pm AWST and are delivered between 12.40pm - 6pm the same day. You will receive a text message and an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
More about ‘Authority To Leave’?
By placing an order, you agree that you give the courier service ‘Authority To Leave the package in a safe spot if no one is home (this is standard practice and ensures your package gets to the recipient as quickly as possible).
Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipient and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!
If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipient, a re-delivery fee ($14.95) may be charged.

If you do not wish to give your order ‘Authority To Leave,’ please inform us before your order has been processed, or leave a note in the ‘comments’ section when placing your order. You may be required to pay the post office holding fee of $10 if no one is home and the package is returned to the post office.
Will the driver contact the recipient?
For deliveries to a residential address, please provide the recipient’s telephone number if possible. If the delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their package from their local post office.
Hospital Deliveries
For deliveries to a hospital or nursing home, please provide as much information as possible (such as level, ward and room number). Also make sure they haven’t been discharged by the time the delivery gets there.
Which courier do you use?
We use the best courier service in the country to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a specified delivery time (for example, 5:00 PM).
My package hasn’t arrived yet
Oh no—we’re so sorry! We are human, and we work with humans to deliver your packages, so once in a blue moon, things happen. Sometimes a force of nature, a courier delay, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur. No matter the reason, don’t worry; we will always do everything in our power to get your packages delivered quickly and safely!

OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.
If your gift hamper is returned to us as it was unable to be delivered, we will contact you and a re- de livery fee may be charged. We promise we will do all we can to deliver on the first attempt to avoid this.
If the hamper is sent via courier and returned to sender we are charged a return to sender fee which we will pass on to you and also charge a re delivery fee $15.95
